Peter said to him, “We have given up our homes to follow you.” ²⁹ Jesus replied, “Amen, I say to you, there is no one who has given up house or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God ³⁰ who will not receive many times as much in this age, and eternal life in the age to come.”
